AUDIORECORDER.ORG grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the audio recording, editing, transcription, and conversion utilities for:
- Personal voice recording and audio archiving
- Commercial podcasts, voiceover projects, music production, and YouTube content creation
- Educational lectures, interviews, and academic coursework
03. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of all audio recordings, edited files, and transcripts produced using AUDIORECORDER.ORG. We claim zero copyright, ownership, or licensing rights over your generated audio.
All code, brand trademarks, logos, visual designs, and WebAssembly components of AUDIORECORDER.ORG remain the intellectual property of AUDIORECORDER.ORG.
04. User Responsibilities & Lawful Recording
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international wiretapping, eavesdropping, and consent laws when recording conversations, virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), or live audio streams.
Note: It is your sole responsibility to obtain any required two-party or all-party consent before recording individuals.
05. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we utilize modern HTML5 Web Audio and WebAssembly standards, AUDIORECORDER.ORG does not warrant that browser audio processing will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete browser versions.
In no event shall AUDIORECORDER.ORG be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, browser tab crashes, or hardware incompatibility.
06. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
